Acne scar decrease redness and lazer treatment for adult acne

The many people who suffer from acne usually treat it at home. The cases requiring medical treatment are a very small percentage of the whole. Since most acne is temporary and rarely more than an embarrassing nuisance, home treatment is usually effective.
- Microdermabrasion - This treatment may be performed at a skin spa or your dermatologist's office. A machine is used to rapidly discharge super-fine crystals over the skin's surface, blasting away dead skin cells. It is not painful. A microdermabrasion treatment deeply exfoliates the skin, loosening debris from within the pore. It is best for those who have non-inflamed acne, with many blackheads and/or whiteheads.
Toners, which clear out clogged pores, are an integral part of any acne-prevention system. A toner with 3% hydrogen peroxide is a good choice for oily skin. Witch Hazel is a time-honored natural astringent and is gentle enough for drier skin types. Avoid alcohol based toners-- these will irritate the skin, prompting it to pump out more oil and worsening acne.
